ABOUT
A self-employed physician, Dr. David Zelefsky studied medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. After graduating with his MD, he received specialized training in physical medicine and rehabilitation through internships with his alma mater and Montefiore Hospital. Today, Dr. David Zelefsky maintains membership with the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a founding member of the New York Pain Society as well as his own private New York practice, NY Rehab.
Under Dr. Zelefsky’s leadership, the practitioners at NY Rehab treat patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain. The team has experience administering care to individuals struggling with joint, back, and spinal pain. In addition, the practice encompasses sports medicine and regularly tends to tennis elbow, cuff injuries, and trigger fingers,fibromyalgia and arthritis related pain conditions.
