Infinity PM&R is a premier medical practice for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic pain. Using a patient-centered approach, we continually provide education regarding the diagnosis along with working toward the goal of relieving pain. By utilizing the most minimally invasive diagnostic methods available, we identify the root source and cause of our patient’s symptoms. Our staff members are compassionate, caring, and considerate throughout the diagnostic and treatment process.
